The Home of DrinkSafe Coasters, Test Kits and AlcoTops!
'Drink Safe Texas' has grown to become 'Drink Safe USA'!
With more and more inquiries and orders coming in, we have taken steps to meet the demands and that means creating distributorships throughout the US. Soon, you will be able to follow the "Locations" link to a map where you can find what establishments across the nation have joined in the cause to protect their patrons.
"Criminals are creatures of opportunity. They seek out the weak, defenseless and careless to be their prey. The use of drugs, slipped into someone's drink, is on the rise - worldwide."
"Our mission is to increase public awareness of drug-facilitated crime while providing service establishments with the means to safeguard their customers and employees."
Although the use of these drugs is commonly associated with "date-rape", the more accurate and encompassing term is "drug-facilitated crime" since their use is not restricted to sexual molestation. A growing number of men are reporting what is commonly referred to as "drink spiking".
No one is immune from the potential of this attack. All it takes is for you to let your guard down. Become careless and you may find yourself at the mercy of one of these predators.
Is YOUR Drink Safe?
Drink Safe coasters and test cards can help you to be sure!
Our products are designed to remind you to maintain your situational awareness and discourage predators. Personal responsibility, though, is key to avoiding problems. Never leave your drink unattended. Finish it, throw it out or take it with you.
Test cards and coasters are to be used as indicators ONLY. They are NOT forensic tests and therefore do not quantitatively determine the chemical detected. They simply alert you to the presence of a foreign substance which should not be in your drink. The results are not to be used to wage accusations, start a fight or have anyone arrested; doing so under false pretenses can have costly consequence.
In addition to detecting dangerous levels of GHB and Ketamine, Drink Safe Technologies will detect methyl-GHB (or GVH), Zopiclone (Lunesta), Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and other narcotic alkaloids at higher doses like Scopolamine and Hyoscamine.
If you do receive a positive indication, get a fresh drink and alert your bartender or wait staff. They will then be observing behaviors more closely and take steps, themselves - when that person is caught.
